Refund & Warranty Policy
1. Warranty
All products are sold as demo or used items and do not carry a standard manufacturer warranty. However, customers are entitled to request an exchange within 5 business days of purchase if a hidden defect is discovered that prevents the intended use of the product.
2. Product Inspection
You are welcome to visit our location in Tallinn to inspect any item before purchase. We can also provide photos or videos confirming the product's functionality upon request.
3. Exchange Process
To request an exchange, email us at info@amazingmarket.ee and ship the item to: Priisle tee 10, 13914 Tallinn. Please include your order details and a description of the defect.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
